1. About Our Service

We provide professional home-visit and in-clinic wound care nursing services, including VAC dressing, wound dressing, diabetic foot dressing, burns dressing, surgical dressing, wound debridement and bed sore care, delivered by trained nursing staff.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be requested through our website's contact form, by phone, or by WhatsApp. We will confirm your appointment — including the date, time and assigned nurse — directly with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. Please provide accurate contact details and a correct address so we can reach you and reach the visit location without delay.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our nurses provide professional wound care and dressing support. This service does not replace diagnosis, prescription or treatment by a licensed physician, and our staff will refer you back to your treating doctor for any medical decision outside the scope of nursing wound care. Wound Care Service is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

4. Fees & Payment

The fee for your visit will be communicated to you before the appointment is confirmed. Payment can be made in cash at the time of the visit, or, where enabled on this website, through UPI or an online payment gateway. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, address and medical information relevant to your care
  • Ensure safe, reasonable access to the patient for home visits
  • Follow the aftercare instructions given by our nursing staff between visits
  • Let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to deliver our services safely and professionally, Wound Care Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and the Wound Care Service name and logo — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
